Re-Turned

Not just pretty coffee-table decorations, this series of beautifully designed wood pieces by Norwegian designer Lars Beller Fjetland have been created using all sorts of recycled wood—armrests, table legs, and damaged pieces that didn’t make the cut. Beller does an admirable job of giving these owls, sparrows and kiwis a new shot at life.

Acne Packaging

Packaging design from Daniel Carlsten, an amazing talent from the Stockholm design scene. Former art director of Acne, Carlsten now operates solo, working with a wide group of people, agencies, magazines, and brands.

Here he used an assortment of splash paper, buttons, checkered drawing paper and light-proof bags to deliver an artsy, beautifully crafted packaging collection.
